Seventeen years in the pharmaceutical industry and 5 years in education have given Suzie a unique combination of strategic and practical marketing skills.
She has worked for GSK and Johnson & Johnson in both sales and global marketing - developing global brand strategies, driving product launches, delivering sales and leading a marketing communications team to deliver all aspects of the promotional mix. She has worked for 5 years in an agency setting at Complete Medical Group (CMG), developing and implementing strategic communications projects. And as Head of ConsultComplete she currently provides direction on marketing excellence, brand strategy, brand vision and key messaging projects. Current and recent clients include AstraZeneca, Novartis, Roche, Merck Serono, DePuy and Wyeth.
Suzie is also an experienced facilitator, with natural enthusiasm, who has delivered many successful workshops, meetings, educational courses and focus groups for global brand teams, marketing affiliates and key opinion leaders.
This experience, in therapy areas as varied as respiratory, orthopedics, oncology, psychiatry, stroke and renal disease, enables Suzie to add value at both a strategic and tactical level across a wide range of marketing, learning & development and brand consultancy projects.

Richard doesn’t just think outside the box, he dissects the box and builds a new one. A creative and strategic thinker, he isn’t afraid to challenge received wisdom. And with over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has given insight and direction to projects ranging from early product development and brand creation for launch to lifecycle management.
As a global product communications manager for a top 10 pharma company, Richard has launched and rebranded products; and as a consultant, he has provided strategic solutions in areas as diverse as baby milk and prostate cancer. He has worked closely with government health ministers and is highly experienced in clinical development. He also has a doctorate in clinical pharmacology.

David is passionate about working with people to find the right path for their business. He specializes in routes to market, helping pharmaceutical companies to understand their customers’ needs and develop strategies to meet them. A skilled market researcher and analyst, David uses qualitative research (such as internal workshops and advisory boards) to uncover valuable information on subjects like scenario planning, market segmentation and competitor market analysis. He uses this expertise to provide insight into customers and innovative solutions to clients.
David has 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing and consultancy, as well as a BSc in physiology and an MSc in health informatics. Analytical yet approachable; innovative and collaborative – David is a strategic guide in an ever-changing pharmaceutical market.

Steve is highly experienced in developing new products, new brand strategies and new communication campaigns. He believes that great brand ideas are driven by deep insights into consumers and their relationships with the products they use. His skill is to use these insights to create and refine powerful ideas that can grow strong brands.
Steve’s 12 years in consumer research and insight roles have given him a unique mix of qualitative research and brand consultancy experience. Recently, he ran his own research and brand planning consultancy in Sydney, and he has also worked at Added Value, New Solutions and RSL-Ipsos. In addition to pharmaceuticals, Steve has wide experience in drinks, food, telecoms and financial services, which he uses to bring fresh, consumer-focused perspectives to our pharma clients.

David is an experienced marketer with proven practical and analytical marketing skills. He has managed a range of strategic and tactical marketing projects, including situation analysis, customer insights, brand planning, positioning, key messages and vocabulary development.
David has 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in a range of therapy areas, including major CNS, respiratory, oncology and cardiovascular markets. An economics graduate, David also has an MA in Management from Durham Business School. His inquiring, interpretive mind informs much of ConsultComplete’s work.

Peter is our consumer marketing expert. An insightful analyst and market researcher, he is driven by what makes brands stand out from the crowd and what makes people connect with them. Peter has broad experience in areas such as allergies, migraine and pregnancy, and his previous clients include two of the leading consumer healthcare companies. He has worked on brands such as Calpol, Benadryl and Cow & Gate – developing their brand strategy with insights gathered using innovative qualitative research techniques.
Pharmaceutical marketers are increasingly drawing on the insights of consumer marketing to differentiate their products and emotionally engage their customers. Peter is ideally placed to bring this expertise to our pharmaceutical clients.

Stephen brings 16 years of experience in communications, healthcare marketing and research to his role as a strategy associate. His recent projects have ranged from insights gathering and customer segmentation to positioning and key message development. He also uses his combination of marketing, research and editorial skills to assist the team with high-quality brand strategy documents, presentations, articles and training materials.
As a project manager in medical communications he delivered a wide variety of print, online and media projects, and his therapy area experience includes cardiovascular, immunology, respiratory and mental health. Before joining CMG, Stephen was a senior writer and acting director of marketing and communications at a major US healthcare company, where he developed communications strategies and delivered online and print communications across the mix, including sales and marketing collateral, and patient-focused health information

Suzanne has 12 years of consumer marketing communications experience. As a producer with a media agency she managed and delivered projects for pharmaceutical clients such as AstraZeneca, GSK, Roche, BI, DePuy, Nycomed and Takeda. She also organized and facilitated numerous interactive workshops for major UK companies such as Centrica and the Co-operative.
Since joining ConsultComplete in early 2007 Suzanne has project managed various strategic consultancy projects, in therapy areas such as COPD, OA pain and oncology. In addition to proven strategic, media and project management skills, she is also experienced in interviewing and insights gathering.
Suzanne is a fluent Spanish speaker who has lived and worked in Spain, Mexico and Colombia. Energetic, enthusiastic and culturally aware, she is a strategy associate with a real understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its communication needs.
